Fish in Thai Red Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 can AYAM™ Thai Red Curry Cooking Sauce 400ml
  • 500g thick white fish fillet (cod or coral trout fillet), diced
  • 4 small potatoes (cooked separately)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ can of pineapple cubes (optional)
 

Method

  1. Empty AYAM™ Thai Red Curry Cooking Sauce in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the fish, cooked potatoes, cherry tomatoes, pineapple cubes and simmer until fish is cooked (about 5 minutes).
  3. Serve with rice and garnish with coriander.
