Lamb in Green Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 can AYAM™ Thai Green Curry Cooking Sauce 400ml
  • 500g lamb, cubed
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • ½ cup green peas (or eggplant)
  • ½ cup coriander
  • Basil, to garnish
 

Method

  1. Empty AYAM™ Thai Green Curry Cooking Sauce in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the lamb and gently simmer for 10 minutes or until cooked.
  3. Add onion, peas and coriander and simmer another 2 minutes.
  4. Serve on a bed of rice and sprinkle fresh basil.Tip: You can replace lamb with beef or chicken breast.
