Beef Rendang Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 can AYAM™ Rendang Curry Sauce 250ml
  • 800g beef, diced into 3 cm cubes
  • ½ cup of water
 

Method

  1. Empty Ayam™ Rendang Curry Sauce and water into saucepan, stir and bring to a boil.
  2. Add beef cubes and bring to a boil. Cover saucepan, reduce heat and simmer until beef is tender (approximately 45 minutes).
  3. Remove the lid and simmer until sauce thickens.
  4. Serve with steamed rice.

 

Hint: You can replace beef with 600g chicken breast (diced) changing cooking time to approximately 30 minutes.
