Curry Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 can AYAM™ Malaysian Curry Sauce 250ml
  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 2 medium sized potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • ½ cup of water
  • ½ cup of AYAM™ Coconut Milk 270ml
 

Method

  1. Empty Ayam™ Curry Sauce and water into saucepan, stir and bring to a boil.
  2. Add chicken and potato, stir and cover saucepan until it boils.
  3. Reduce heat, stirring occasionally and simmer until chicken and potatoes are cooked (approximately 30 minutes). Add coconut milk and stir through.
  4. Serve with steamed rice.Hint: Increase water to 1 cup for thinner sauce.
