Water, onion, coconut cream powder (coconut extract, water, maltodextrins, milk protein), sugar, corn starch, soya bean oil, galangal, salt, dried shrimp powder, dried chilli, lemongrass, paprika extract (160c) (paprika oleoresin, soya bean oil, sunflower oil), turmeric powder, coriander seed powder.

Prawn Laksa

Ingredients

  • 1 can AYAM™ Laksa Sauce 250ml
  • 1 cup of water or vegetable stock
  • 250g peeled and cooked prawns
  • 300g hokkien noodles
  • 250g fried bean curd
  • 100g bean sprouts
  • Coriander, to garnish
 

Method

  1. Empty AYAM™ Laksa Sauce and water (or vegetable stock) to a saucepan.
  2. Heat up and add hokkien noodles, bean sprouts, prawns and bean curd.
  3. Simmer until cooked.
  4. Serve in bowls and garnish with coriander.

 

Hint: Add hard boiled egg cut in half. Replace prawns with chicken or fish fillets. Add a few slices of red and green capsicum.
