Sweet & Sticky Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 1½ kg chicken wings, tips removed

Marinade:

  • 3 tbsp AYAM™ Sambal Oelek
  • 1 tbsp AYAM™ Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp AYAM™ Light Soy Sauce
  • 1 bottle AYAM™ Plum Sauce
  • 1 knob ginger, peeled and sliced into matchsticks
  • 1 red chilli, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 4 spring onions
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1 lime, juice, quarter lime skin
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Garnish:

  • 3 spring onions, sliced
 

Method

  1. In a large bowl or tray toss chicken wings through marinade, add quartered limes to the bowl.
  2. Pour onto a tray lined with baking paper and cook in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until caramelised and the meat comes off the bone.
  3. Pile on a large dish and garnish with sliced spring onions.
