Steamed Oriental Prawns

Ingredients

  • 8-10 prawns, shelled, deveined, tails on
  • 1-2 tbsp AYAM™ Coconut Cream
  • 1 tbsp AYAM™ Rendang Curry Paste
  • 1 cup shiitake, oyster and enoki mushrooms, sliced
  • ¼ cup spring onions
  • ¼ cup coriander
  • 1 long red chilli, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
 

Method

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Place some baking paper in the base of a food steamer. Add the mixture on top of the baking paper and put the lid on. Steam, using the auto function, for 20 minutes at 110°C.
