Ingredients

  • 2 x 100g rump or fillet steak, flattened using a meat mallet
  • 4 tbsp Ayam Brandâ„¢ Rendang Paste*
  • 4 tbsp Ayam Brandâ„¢ Coconut Milk
  • 2 servings thick cut fries or boiled new potatoes
  • Chopped fresh coriander for garnish
 

Method

  1. Marinate minute steaks with rendang paste and coconut milk for 10 minutes at roomtemperature. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry steak till desired doneness. Serve with fries or potatoes.
