Rendang Minute Steak

Ingredients
- 2 x 100g rump or fillet steak, flattened using a meat mallet
- 4 tbsp Ayam Brand™ Rendang Paste*
- 4 tbsp Ayam Brand™ Coconut Milk
- 2 servings thick cut fries or boiled new potatoes
- Chopped fresh coriander for garnish
Method
- Marinate minute steaks with rendang paste and coconut milk for 10 minutes at roomtemperature. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry steak till desired doneness. Serve with fries or potatoes.
