Prawn Baked Beans Salad

Ingredients
- 150g prawns, deshelled and head removed
- 60g Ayam Brand™ Pineapple Cubes
- 100g Ayam Brand™ Sweet Cup Corn
- Some salad vegetables
- 1 can Ayam Brand™ Baked Beans Light in Tomato Sauce 230g
Seasoning:
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
Method
Marinade:
- Marinate them with some salt and pepper for about 15 minutes.
Frying:
- Heat the pan with some olive oil and pan-fry the prawns until they are done.
Mixing:
- Mix the baked beans with the seasonings of 2 tablespoon mayonnaise and ½ tablespoon of lemon juice.
Presentation:
- Place the prawns on the salad vegetable and serve with some pineapple, corns and baked beans
