Asian Slaw Tacos

Ingredients

Peanut Sauce

  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp AYAM™ Light Soy Sauce
  • 1-inch ginger, microplaned
  • 1 tbsp AYAM™ Hot Chilli Sauce (Sriracha)
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 -2 tbsp water (as needed)
  • 1 block firm tofu, cubed

Slaw

  • ¼ red cabbage, sliced
  • 1 baby cabbage, sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, chopped
  • Corn or flour tortillas
 

Method

  1. In a bowl whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger, chilli garlic sauce, honey, lime juice and a little water until smooth.
  2. Toss tofu in peanut sauce.
  3. Heat corn tortillas in the oven or stovetop.
  4. Assemble tacos.

  5. Finish with coriander and fresh lime juice.
