30-Second Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup spring onions
  • ¼ cup coriander
  • 2-3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 1-2 tsp deep fried shallots
  • Chow mein noodles
 

Method

  1. Cook the noodles as per packet directions.
  2. Mix all of the sauce ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  3. Place the hot noodles on top of the soya mixture and toss to combine.
