Seafood Tom Yum (Tom Yum Kung)

Ingredients

  • 1 can AYAM™ Thai Tom Yum soup 400ml
  • 500g prawns, shelled and deveined
  • 6 baby corns, either fresh or canned (drained)
  • 200g can straw mushrooms
  • Coriander and red chillies
 

Method

  1. Empty Ayam™ Thai Tom Yum Soup in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the baby corn followed by the prawns.
  2. Simmer for 1 minute, add mushrooms and serve with rice.
  3. Garnish with coriander and red chillies.

 

Tip: You can replace prawns with fish or chicken breast.
