Lamb in Massaman Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 can AYAM™ Thai Massaman Curry Cooking Sauce 400ml
  • 500g lamb, cubed
  • 4 small onions, halved or quartered
  • 6 baby potatoes, peeled
  • Basil, to garnish
 

Method

  1. Empty Ayam™ Thai Massaman Curry Cooking Sauce in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the lamb and potatoes and gently simmer for 10 minutes or until cooked.
  3. Add onion and simmer another 2 minutes.
  4. Serve on a bed of rice and sprinkle fresh basil.

 

Tip: You can replace lamb with beef or chicken breast.
