Sardines Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 can Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Chilli (with oil)
  • 4 hardboiled eggs
  • 1 red onion, finely sliced
  • 2 chilli padi, finely sliced
  • Kecap manis
  • Salt to taste
 

Method

  1. Mash eggs with all the sardines and olive oil, fold in rest of the ingredients and season to taste.
  2. Serve on toast with a drizzle of kecap manis and some fried shallots.
