Sambal Prawns

Ingredients

  • 1tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 185g AYAMâ„¢ Malaysian Sambal Stir Fry Paste
  • 500g raw prawns, peeled and deveined
 

Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and stir fry for 2 min.
  3. Add Stir Fry Paste, stir and bring to the boil.
  4. Add prawns and stir fry until prawns are cooked.
  5. Serve with steamed rice.

Tip - Replace prawns with squid or other seafood. Either add 1/2 cup of sliced beans (2cm length) or 1/4 cup of petai beans with prawns and cook together.
