Hawker Market Pad Thai

Ingredients
- 400g AYAMâ„¢ Rice Noodles
- 2 tsps Vegetable Oil
- 200g Peeled raw prawns, tails intact
- 1 Egg, lightly beaten
- 200g AYAMâ„¢ Hawker Market Pad Thai Stir Fry Sauce
- 100g Bean sprouts
- Garnish: Crushed peanuts
Method
- Heat oil in a wok or frypan over high heat.
- Add prawns and stir fry until just cooked.
- Add beaten egg to the side of the pan and scramble.
- Add noodles and stir until heated through and coated in sauce.
- Add bean sprouts and toss through.
- Garnish with chopped peanuts and serve immediately.
Tip:
- Substitute prawns for chicken, tofu, or extra vegetables.
