Hawker Market Char Kway Teow

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • 300g chicken stir fry strips

  • 500g fresh rice noodles

  • 200g AYAMâ„¢ Hawker Market Char Kway Teow stir fry sauce

  • 100g bean sprouts

  • Garnish: Fried shallots

    Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok or frypan over high heat
  2. Add chicken strips and stir fry until browned.
  3. Add beaten egg to side of pan and scramble
  4. Add char kway teow sauce and stir until heated through
  5. Add noodles and stir until heated through and coated in sauce
  6. Add bean sprout and toss through
  7. Garnish with fried shallots and serve immediately

Tip: Substitute the chicken for prawns, tofu, or extra vegetables.
