Curry Sardines

Ingredients
- 1 can Ayam Brand™ Sardines in Tomato Sauce 230g
- 250ml curry sauce
- 2 tomatoes, quartered
- 1 cucumber thinly sliced
Method
- Heat up the curry sauce in a wok.
- Once it is bubbling, add in the sardines.
- Stir carefully to avoid breaking the sardines.
- Add in the tomatoes, stir again and bring to boil.
- Reduce the fire and simmer for 2 minutes.
Presentation:
- Put the rice in the middle of the plate and the sardine curry on the side.
- Decorate it with the slices of cucumber.
