Black Bean Soy Steamed Fish

Ingredients
- 1 whole medium size barramundi, cleaned
- 5cm piece fresh ginger, julienned
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 2 tbsps AYAMâ„¢ Black Bean Soy Sauce, or to taste
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
Method
- Place fish on plate in a steamer.
- Scatter ginger in and over fish.
- Cover and steam 9-10 minutes, or until cooked.
- Discard excess water.
- In small saucepan, heat oil and AYAM Black Bean Soy Sauce.
- Add green onions and coriander.
- Pour hot sauce over the fish and serve.
