Baked Beans & Mashed Potato

Ingredients
- 2 pieces potatoes
- 180g broccoli
- 2 tsp butter
- 120ml milk
- 1 can Ayam Brandâ„¢ Baked Beans Light in Tomato Sauce 230g
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Wash well all the vegetable. Prepare some boiling water to blanch the veggies, blanch the broccoli and chop it.
- Peel the potatoes and blanch them till tender.
Mashing & Mixing:
- Place the potatoes in a bowl and mash them. To mash well, the potatoes need to be still hot. Add the butter, the blended broccoli and the seasoning into the mashed potato. Mix well.
Presentation:
- Scoop the mashed potato into hill shape with a hole like a volcano on the plates. Then pour baked beans on the mashed potato.
